  Register

  The yearly sponsorship amount for the Gold Level is $5,000.00. Sponsors will receive recognition at all AzAA events in 2025.

  Annual sponsors will receive a "credit" towards Spring and Fall Conference ($2,500 and $1,500 respectively) to select individual sponsorship opportunities. Any opportunities selected that exceed the amount of credit per event will be invoiced to the sponsor.

  You may select up to $2,500 in credits for Spring Conference and $1,500 for Fall Conference when completing the form. 

  Gold Sponsor Benefits

  • Logo on the printed program and mobile app
  • Sponsor recognition will be given at selected event by a conference committee or board member
  • Conference name tag will include a distinctive ribbon recognizing all company attendees as a sponsor 
  • Includes 2 full conference registrations or 1 exhibit booth registration 
  • Priority consideration by the planning committee as a session moderator (Spring Only)
  • Sponsor will have 3 minutes during to introduce themselves and their company 

  Additional Annual Sponsor Benefits

  • Logo on homepage (conference logos on conference page)
  • Complimentary Associate Memberships (3 available for Gold Level)
  • Logo included on general association emails
  • Benefits by event remain the same at the selected level

  The deadline to register for the 2025 Annual Sponsorship opportunities is March 31, 2025.

  The yearly sponsorship amount for the Silver Level is $3,500.00. Sponsors will receive recognition at all AzAA events in 2025.

  Annual sponsors will receive a "credit" towards Spring and Fall Conference ($1,500 and $1,000 respectively) to select individual sponsorship opportunities. Any opportunities selected that exceed the amount of credit per event will be invoiced to the sponsor.

  Sponsors are welcome to "buy up" to increase their sponsorship visibility at Fall or Spring Conference. If additional opportunities are purchased, your tier for that conference only will be adjusted.
  

  You may select up to $1,500 in credits for Spring Conference and $1,000 for Fall Conference when completing the form.

• 2025 Aviation Legislative Day

  We are pleased to announce that AzAA Legislative Day at the Arizona State Capitol will be on Monday, January 27, 2025.

  As we did last year, we will be focusing on the opportunity to provide direct connection meetings with legislators inside the House and Senate office buildings. There will also be a proclamation read in the Senate for the occasion.

  If you (or your community) are interested in participating in the AzAA Legislative Day and meeting directly with your local legislators, please RSVP below. 

  The week before AzAA Legislative Day, we will provide you with a “cheat sheet” of statewide system talking points to help you get the conversations started with your legislators. You are responsible for your own airport-specific talking points.

  AzAA's lobbying firm will be scheduling the meetings with legislators. We will send out a Zoom meeting invitation to go over our talking points and help you feel a little more confident and comfortable going into your meetings.
