Sponsorship Registration – Arizona Aviation and Aerospace Day

Table Sponsorship Opportunities 

We invite you to support Aviation and Aerospace Day at the Capitol by becoming a table sponsor. Each table is $500. Table sponsor details are provided below: 

  • Each table will be approximately six feet by thirty inches for tabletop display, with room for a stand-up display in front. One table (including linen) is provided per sponsorship.
  • Total exhibit space will be limited to seven feet by seven feet to ensure adequate circulation space in the tent.

  • Sponsor-provided banners will be hung either in front of or behind your table. 
  • Preferred exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To view the layout of tables, please click here. Please note electrical hookups are not available.
  • Interactive displays are encouraged and space for larger outdoor exhibits on the lawn are available upon request. 


Each sponsor will be provided with two luncheon tickets. Additional luncheon tickets are $25 each. 

Cash Sponsorship Available 

Cash sponsorships in lieu of a table exhibit are also gratefully accepted. Your organization will receive recognition during the event and on the event banner. Cash sponsorships of $100-$499 will receive one (1) luncheon ticket and those that are at $500 and above will receive two (2) luncheon tickets. Additional luncheon tickets are $25 each. 

Early Bird Special

If you register for table or cash sponsorship of $500 by December 27, 2019, your company's logo will appear on event invitations, emails and on AzAA's website.
