Gain year-round visibility and recognition at all AzAA events with one annual commitment! As a sponsor, your company will be featured at each AzAA event at the selected level of your sponsorship with the opportunity to secure individual sponsorship recognition early! AzAA is offering three annual sponsorship levels: Gold, Silver and Bronze. The total amount for each level will be distributed across four events and conferences. Please refer to the table below for the detailed allocation for Spring and Fall Conferences. |
Annual sponsors will receive a "credit" towards Spring and Fall Conference opportunities. Sponsors are welcome to "buy up" to increase their sponsorship visibility at Fall or Spring Conference. Any opportunities that exceed the amount of credit per event will be invoiced to the sponsor.
If additional opportunities are purchased, your tier for that conference only will be adjusted for that conference only. (This only applies to the Silver and Bronze level). Annual sponsors will receive all conference-associated sponsorship benefits as well as the benefits detailed below.
