The conference starts on Wednesday, October 16 with the Welcome Reception from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and continues with conference sessions from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 17.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made prior to two (2) weeks of the conference are eligible to receive an 80% refund on all fees paid. Cancellations made between 14 and two (2) days of the conference are eligible to receive a 50% refund on all fees paid. There will not be any refunds granted for cancellations made two (2) days or less prior to the conference. All cancellations are subject to a $50 fee which will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation notifications should be sent to email@example.com.

Tickets are available to purchase for $30 each for the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, October 16 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Desert Willow Conference Center.
