2021 Virtual Spring Conference Sponsor Opportunities

Become a conference sponsor and reach the most comprehensive group of Arizona-based, local: airport directors, managers, employees, consultants and contractors and have your company or organization recognized throughout AzAA's 2021 "Dutch Bertholf" Virtual Spring Conference. We have several great opportunities for you to support this conference and showcase your professional services or innovative materials and equipment through sponsoring. The sooner you commit, the earlier and longer your logo will be displayed on the conference website. 

2021 Virtual Spring Conference sponsors will also be recognized at the 2021 "Walter Burg" Fall Conference!

  • SOLD - In-Kind - Monday Evening Networking Event
  • SOLD - $750 - Tuesday Evening Networking/Awards Event

Golf Sponsors

      • $200 - Special Hole Sponsor (M/W Longest Drive, Longest Putt, Closest to the Pin) (4 Total, 1 Remaining)
      • $150 or three for $300 - Individual Hole Sponsor (7)

      Sponsorship of individual opportunities is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Availability of the opportunities will be noted above and on the registration form. 

      Please note that the deadline to be included on printed conference materials was 4/22. 

      Sponsorship Benefits

      Bronze Level
      Up to $249 

      • Logo placed on the conference welcome slide and displayed during breaks.
      • Logo will appear on the AzAA website through the Fall conference.
      • Recognition of the sponsor will be given by a conference committee or board member.
      • Recognition as a sponsor at the Fall 2021 Conference.

      Silver Level
      $250 - $749

      • All benefits in the Bronze level.
      • Includes one (1) full conference registration.
      • Sponsor will have a two (2) minute opportunity during the conference to introduce themselves and their company.

      Gold Level
      $750 and over

      • All benefits included in the Silver level.
      • Includes two (2) full conference registrations.
      • Priority consideration by the planning committee as a session moderator.
      • Breakout room host – ability to host a networking breakout room for attendees throughout the conference.

      Items Needed for Door Prizes

      The AzAA Conference Committee needs great “SWAG” items for our Door Prizes and golf tournament bags! This is your opportunity to promote your company during the conference events. And, to keep it as exciting as possible, we need your help. The donation could be something special from your airport, a wonderful memento from your city, or something exciting from your company.

      Anything that you can donate would be greatly appreciated.
