The yearly sponsorship amount for the Silver Level is $3,500.00. Sponsors will receive recognition at all AzAA events in 2025.

Annual sponsors will receive a "credit" towards Spring and Fall Conference ($1,500 and $1,000 respectively) to select individual sponsorship opportunities. Any opportunities selected that exceed the amount of credit per event will be invoiced to the sponsor.

Sponsors are welcome to "buy up" to increase their sponsorship visibility at Fall or Spring Conference. If additional opportunities are purchased, your tier for that conference only will be adjusted.

Please make sure to select credits to total $1,500 for Spring Conference and $1,000 for Fall Conference when taking the form.

• Sponsor recognition will be given at selected event by a conference committee or board member
• Conference name tag will include a distinctive ribbon recognizing all company attendees as a sponsor 
• Includes 1 full conference registration
• Sponsor will have 2 minutes during the conference to introduce themselves and their company
